At Wandering Graphics, we are committed to providing you with high-quality fine art photography.

• • Since all of our products are bespoke and made to order, and we do not carry inventory, we do not accept returns on our acrylic and metal art pieces. These items are unique, costly to make, and difficult to resell.
• • For all other prints, we will accept returns and issue refunds less a 35% return fee ,shipping credit card service charges. Exchanges are also subject to a 35% return fee.

If you wish to return your product, please place it in its original packaging, exactly as you received it. You must include all the contents of the package, including instructions, documents and wrapping materials. Please rewrap the items to protect them during shipping. Goods that are damaged or not in the same condition as you received them or which are worn beyond simply opening the original packaging, will not be refunded. You are expected to take reasonable care of the purchased Goods while they are in your possession.

It is critical to package the product properly to ensure it arrives back to us in one piece and you are eligible for a refund. Once we receive the product, the documents and the certificate of authenticity, we will ensure that the product is in its original condition before processing your refund.

Your right to return an Order for refund as per the terms above only applies to Goods that are returned in the same condition as you received them.
